The MedSym system offers in depth functionality for Primary Care (Family Practice). The ConcurMDEHR module templates include complaints, history of present illness, plan and review of systems. Physician configurable templates for well baby, well child, hypertension, adult physical and allergy are supported in the system. The ConcurMDPM (practice management) application is updated with all current ICD and CPT codes for each specialty, allowing users to capture, submit, and track charges electronically.
The ConcurMD system for Primary Care is complimented and fully integrated into EHR, Practice Management and Laboratory Information. These modules support real-time scheduling, triage and vitals, nurse module, pharmacy, coding, reference labs, and imaging functions.
