MedSym has been providing world class service and support for over 12 years to its many healthcare clients throughout the United States. MedSym enables clients to deliver superior service to their clients. MedSym offers a single point of contact for all service requests as well as common service and support processes to enable the optimal client experience.
Client Care is a key component of MedSym's client service model. As part of MedSym's License Agreement, every client receives access to the 24 x 365 support request system from MedSym, accessible via email, toll free phone and the MedSym Client Services direct hotline. MedSym associates are available through the hotline to answer questions and resolve service requests promptly.
MedSym is also proud of its industry-recognized support for critical issues. Client service teams feature systems-trained support analysts, technical team leaders and operations leaders that provide fast, reliable solutions to high impact client requests.
MedSym's customers are on an all-inclusive, flat fee support plan that is included with the annual maintenance support fee. This entitles you to unlimited access and support for any application support, IT, billing, or other issues that may arise.

Client Support Access
- E-mail Requests – Clients can email in support requests/questions 24-7 via support@medsyminc.com.
- Telephone Requests – A 24-7 single point of call via an 800 toll free phone line. Calls are directed to an on-call experienced client services support member that can address support requests.
- Client Direct Access Support – MedSym staffs the direct access help desk 8AM to 6PM Central Time with qualified staff.
